We build about 700 molds per year, most of mould were exported to Europe, U.S. Australia etc. The mold we can build from 25 ton to 1000 ton, the minimum thickness of products can reach 0.25mm.The biggest mold size we build is (2.5meter and 1.5meter ), the precise that mold can be controlled is 0.002mm. High speed CNC machine rotate speed is 30,000, CNC Grinding machine tolerance is 0.0001mm. We supply you good quality products with one-stop service from part design - mold design - mold making - samples - mold or part shipment- after sales service.
Using softwares such as AutoCAD, Pro/Engineer, Unigraphics and Solidwork, Every details of mold making procedures will be under strict control of our professional Engineer team and the status is updated to you weekly.
